🚚 Shipping
Production Time:
All Custory pieces are custom made to order in our local workshop. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before dispatch.
Shipping Area:
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia.
Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days after production, depending on your location.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. Free shipping promotions may apply — check our latest offers!
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Since each Custory piece is made just for you, we unfortunately do not accept returns due to change of mind. But your happiness means a lot to us!
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or has a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
Exchanges:
If there’s an issue with the item quality, we may offer an exchange for the same design. Please reach out to discuss your situation.
